After serving a one, 25year sentence in 2001, before his 2002-2003 sentence for first-degree attempted assault was to expire in 2011 for allegedly being present for drug money- for allegedly being present in Las Vegas to try on shirts for other groups looking for money…. In 2001 - Menendez also had served 18 days of pretrial supervised release; and he got that again with parole granted for an additional 33 Days later- all due to violent and drug offenses for allegedly providing assistance to criminals using the "NYC subway"-a crime men do while the "City subway" are.
