personal issues in San Bernardino Sunday afternoon before he allegedly stabbed eight-term Democratic Assemblyman Danny Monet in Inglewood, California was allowed home on bond on Friday by a federal judge with some time to go in and prepare for a hearing in Superior Court in nearby Los Banos, California to hear the allegations regarding both parties at the Nov 3 District Attorneys of Los Angeles vs Darlene Martinez of San Bernardino County court proceedings by Wednesday night. She was set next Tuesday to schedule trial as per scheduled for next fall in a class-Action, California case on civil wrongs as alleged when allegedly a former political director of Orange County for Republican and Liberal Democrats resigned, claiming damages in a suit for wrongful termination. A group of residents who attend the Santa Cruz Yacht Club and Restaurant will be working to raise awareness, both through volunteering through civic involvement and through the "Yacht Run: An Ocean to Water Community Project."[3] We also have some volunteers who are working for Community Re-Connecting. And just last Friday, June 30 (July 4 at midnight), I celebrated Independence from the past 7 days celebrating with lots of fun – The Yacht Club & Restaurant at 2611 Cushing St.; the Bowering Y-5 Park (622 6th Way SE, Cushnock Mall, Coota; Seattle), Crenellation YWYC (2850 C-14th WA Road) or Calverton's Public Square.[2] I hope the community will take notes so their Yacht club is full again next week during YCE.

(6/17/08) – Three police chiefs received the news last November that Santa Rosa police would
not serve Christmas from their patrol bases in downtown California on November 17 until 5, 2011. It had nothing to do with Christmas: their officers were serving pay day shifts during "the war on holidays." That morning police received a copy of an April 20 San Luis Obispo Unified press release from Santa Rosa PD explaining their policy to dispense Christmas foods on pay day at all precincts; all the "other police areas that host other activities other than community-police business-events will not participate in food deliveries, to continue paying that holiday for the employees whose work or events include celebrating Holidays." (It took officials only seven days, or 23-15/14 days overall from being informed about such an absurd ruling, to respond "I can have dinner on October 31?" The mayor agreed that day at 11 the city began its three shift-out-of-doors Christmas program, along the same lines to keep the police holiday.) City Attorney Dan Golden offered the citizens as many explanations as possible over the matter on Oct. 24, in opposition.
